From boat prep position,INHALE and extend right leg, EXHALE and bend the right knee drawing heel back towards seat, INHALE and extend Left leg, EXHALE and bend the left knee drawing heel back towards seat. Continue to elongate your spine and cycle through-Option to straddle both legs and hold for a few rounds of breath, remember to keep bandhas and core engaged, pressing through the balls of your feet. EXHALE to lower feet to earth.
