Seated Neck Stretch: From Easy Seat; Place Extended rt. arm by rt. hip; either take a finger bridge, INHALE and reach lft. arm overhead; find peace fingers and hook them to the lft. side of your jaw below the ear; gently lean head towards your left shoulder and right shoulder away from ear; Take right hand and begin to massage the muscle above the right shoulder (Trapezius) and side of neck using pincher compression with fingertips, circular or up and down strokes. Do what feels good. Take at least 10 breaths or up to 2 minutes-To Release, slowly draw chin into chest and lower lft. hand back down by hip-Inhale and lift crown of head back up. Repeat other side.
