Seated Half Wide Leg Balance R

From a seated position, bend knees and plant both feet, place hands behind back and sit up tall, engage mula and uddiyana bandha, then fire your abdominal muscles, once engaged, spread knees apart and bind peace fingers with right big toe, INHALE and extend your right leg outward-hold for 5-10 rounds of breath-when you’re ready, EXHALE and bend your right knee, lowering foot back to earth.
