from Easy Seat; INHALE and spread arms wide apart like a “T” with palms facing forward, keep drawing shoulder blades to kiss and uplift chin-HUG THE WORLD-EXHALE wrap arms around chest and tuck chin in, round upper back and slightly lean back-HUG YOURSELF. Hug as long as you like breathing into your heartspace. INHALE to rise back up and return back to normal posture.
