Gomukhasana Reverse Namaste Back View

From seated gomukhasa leg position-bring your arms behind your back taking opposite hands to opposite elbows or forearms; remain sitting up tall, opening chest, drawing shoulder blades in toward on another; trying to prevent shoulders from rounding forward or hinging at the waist; option to stay here and modify; if you are ready, option to release elbows and draw prayer hands together, pressing palms into one another, trying to lift fingers up to the space in between your shoulder blades; Hold for 5-10 rounds of breath or up to 2 minutes breathing into the back of your heart; To Release-EXHALE and lower arms by sides. Repeat this sequence with opposite gomukhasana leg on top.
