Down Dog Splits

Down Dog Splits; (3 Legged Dog) From Downward Facing Dog-Step back feet to touch (INHALE) elevate rt. leg-you can either flex your foot or choose to further extend and point toes-do your best to continue to equalize weight in both shoulders and anchor supported heel down toward your mat for a stretch in the achilles. Hold for 5 rounds of breath-EXHALE to lower leg down. Repeat other side.
