I release liability from Flow State LLC for any injury or travel related damages or losses that may occur during or on my way to or from the in-person Yoga teacher training or any online training related experiences.

There is a 7 day refund policy. After the 7 days, if for any reason I change my mind, and / or have an emergency, I can only transfer the tuition to a future training. No refunds are given within 60 days of the start date of any YTT live training. 50% refund is given if more than 60 days from the start date and with a doctor’s note. Flow State Institute / Flow State LLC is not responsible or liable if participants can not make it to the YTT.
I agree to grant to Flow State LLC, and its authorized representatives permission to record, photograph, film and/or video, pictures of my participation. I further agree that any or all of the material photographed and provided photographs may be used, in any form, as part of any future publications, brochure, or other printed materials used to promote Flow State LLC, and further that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation.
