I love the visualization to grow roots into the soil connecting to the earth 🙂 Just a couple of small translation things here: Instead of saying “stand in front of the mat”, say “stand at the front or top of the mat.” Also tots should be toes. 🙂

Great Abigail! I especially love the sentence: Balancing, Opening and Activating your Third Eye chakra is achievable, but I believe at first we need to ground our energy.

A heathy activation of the upper chakras comes with a grounded energy of the lower chakras- in balance 🙂

Nice! No, there wouldn’t be a sanskrit name since it is prep for a handstand. Handstand would be Adho Mukha Vrksasana.
