    Standing Lunge, some form of warrior, rainbow warrior or something, rainbow brite.

    To get in this pose, can do some sequence, forward bend, straight back, reach down, and flow into plank position.

    Bending one leg to stand in upfront near upper body. Shifting weight, feel and ease into the body. Pay attention to bottom of foot and ground your foot, bring your hands up as you stand in a forward lunge.

    Going into warrior 1, bring the hands up. relax them down out and away so that they are sticking straight out.

    Stretch them back as you open your heart and see a white light in-front of you, moving at the speed of light through any obstacle or barrier, smiling into your heart, give thanks.

    Stand strong and grounded in this position for at least a couple breathes to a couple centuries. Anything over two centuries is too much.

    Bring arms back up and flowing your way back to mountain-prayer pose same way.
