Tantra
What I love about this teaching is when Dashama described Tantra as “Tantra with life” meaning being so full of love and so full of life and so in love with your life and the experience of life that you radiate that energy. This is of course achieved by being present and being in flow with life. When you are talking to someone and look them in the eyes you can really connect with their soul which is a way to share love with someone you barely know and can help us all realize that we are connected to everyone and every thing on a spiritual level.
