Low lunge on the right
Step the right foot forward between your hands, guiding the foot forward with your right hand if you need. Next dropping the left knee we will come into a low lunge on the right side. The right knee should be at 90 degrees with the knee over the ankle and the hips squared to the front of your mat. On your next inhale bring your hands up to the right knee and lift the chest up. On the exhale radiate the hips forward getting a nice gently stretch the front of the left hip.
