Downward Dog Split + Crunch (right side)
Starting in downward dog step the left foot to the centre line. Inhale the right leg up as high as you can while keeping the hips even. On the exhale bend the knee and shift forward bringing the right knee to the right tricep.
Inhale the leg back up and exhale bringing the right knee into the chest.
Inhale the leg back up and exhale bring the right knee across to the left elbow.
Inhale the leg back up into downward dog split.
