    Reverse dancing warrior

    From warrior 2 front right knee bent as low as you can, knee stacked over the ankle grounding into the mat with both feet engaging the base, feet, calves, quads glutes and core, back leg aligned left is straight leg foot planted parallel with the front of the mat, arms are out straight by your sides hips square spine long, lower belly engaged. Looking past your right finger tips reaching forward, left fingers back stretching the opposite way, shoulders down and back. Inhaling reach forward with your right fingers, exhale while you’re back neck and head lean back looking toward the ceiling, keeping the body in straight alignment, hips turned toward long edge of the mat, back lengthening, core tight, the left hand reaching down and supporting you on your left outer thigh or calf, right hand lengthening up and over your head reaching back towards the left, over your right ear, stretching your entire right side body.

    Breathe here slowly for 3-5 breathes before we do the other side.

    Coming out lift through the crown of your head as you inhale, as you exhale the right fingers windmill back up and forward left hand comes off the thigh or calf back into warrior 2 maintaining right knee stability over the ankle.
