HW: Wall inversions
– Start by coming into a forward fold – palms flat on the earth – lifting one leg behing you, bend the other knee and kick up with both legs, straight up on the wall – try your legs in a wide leg variation – right leg to the side, then left leg to the side – moving both legs down the wall as much as possible – to come out, straighten both legs, look down, slowly bring both legs down. – Namaste
