    I forgot to attach the instructions
    We are doing standing leg work. Start in mountain pose and shift your weight to the right leg. With control lift your left knee. Hold your knee with your hands and we take five breaths. It’s important to focus on a focal point to help you maintain balance. Know take your hands under your thighs and stretch your left leg five times. Take your hands ti your hips and stretch five times to your left. And now five times back. Come back to the starting position and repeat this sequence with your right leg. You can experiment with different hand position as long as you can hold balance
