Chair Pose
With your feet together we are going to root down into the mat with our feet and lift the toes to shift the weight into your heals. Bend the knees and sit back on your heals, as if you are sitting in an imaginary chair. Tuck the pelvis and engage the core, keeping a straight lower back. And raising the arms overhead lift through the chest as you gaze forward.
