Exercise/Meditation:
Become aware of the area around your solar plexus, how does it feel? As you keep your attention on your solar plexus become aware of the space around your rips. How does it feel? Be curious like a child. How does it feel to be motivated? How does it feel to radiate devotion? To intensive the feeling of that energy centre visualize a luminous butterfly at your Manipura flapping his wings effortlessly with each breath ready to fly. Expand that energy into every corner of your rip cage and all around your body. How does the energy of your solar plexus chakra feel?
