Exercise/Meditation:
Become aware of the area below your navel, how does it feel? As you keep your attention below your navel become aware of the space around your belly. How does it feel? Be curious like a child. How does it feel to trust yourself? How does it feel to radiate confidence, strength and encouragement? To intensive the feeling of that energy centre imagine a spring with ever more water bubbling up with each inhale. Feel the energy streaming into every corner of your belly, lower back and finally all around your body. How does the energy of your sacral chakra feel?
