Set aside some time for your Miracle Morning
Gratitude practise: waking up is being reborn – observe how your mind is reconstructed like a baby – be curious and greatful as if it was your first day in this body – what is going to happen?
Prayer/Invocation: what do you want to manifest? Is it a day full of love joy and happiness? – may any resistance to the present moment be so uncomfortable that it’s story is immediately revealed
Breathwork: Breathe in fresh air charged with vibrant light as you do 5 to 10 minutes of firebreath with hands stretched to the sides or up and interlaced in fire mudra – become aware and trust your inner strength
Journal: what is coming in? Materialise your mind – be open to what wants to come into solid form
Visualization: what do you want to send out? How does it feel to be more loving? How does it feel to have more clarity?
Dance: put a healing chant or your favourite song on and dance to it. Be free
