This was a fantastic read and insight into this specific style of yoga. I was able to connect to so many of the teachings and it helped me to make sense of my feelings and emotions on this journey. The importance of movement. Having wild expectations. Connecting the breath. Surrounding yourself in nature and beauty. Spending time with people who inspire you and bring you joy. I’ve always believed happiness is a choice and whatever you want in life, you can manifest. The power of giving was also an interesting point. I get so much joy from giving to others on a daily basis. I found the meditation work with the inner child beneficial and will continue to work on this part of healing.
Feeling happy and grateful to be on this path of reconciliation 💫
