    Side Angle Pose – Right (Fire Breath x 10)
    Fire Breath: start by taking a deep breath to fill the lungs. Then with the exhale push all the air out rapidly pulling the abdomen in. Focus on the exhale as the body will breath in automatically. This is done in quick succession and we will do 10 fire breaths in the pose.
    Starting in plank step the right foot forward between the hands. The back leg should be straight and engaging the glutes. The front leg is bent with the knee at 90 degrees and the ankle aligned with the knee. Place the right hand on the inside of the right foot or resting the elbow on the right knee and turn the back foot so the toes point to the long edge of the mat. Bring the right hand to the inside of the right foot with the wrist aligned under the right shoulder. Sweep the left hand up along side the left ear while rotating the torso to the left.
    Here we will do 10 fire breaths.
