HW Day 28: Bali Booty Shake
Lay on your back and grab the outside of feet and pull them closer to the outsides of your chest like a happy baby. Make sure your feet face into the sky, your spine is straight on the ground and your legs are in a 90° angle or more. Relax into the happy baby pose. If you feel like massaging your back you can rock side to side. You can also deepen your stretch by pulling the knees further down towards the ground. Either way be aware of your breath as you enjoy this pose.
