Crow Pose! This is so exciting, like my first ever proper attempt at it. And even though it was only a few seconds i am so happy!🥰😍
Begin in a grounded squatting position, like a gargoyle. Hands shoulder distance apart and bind, grip the mat with your fingers & press into your palms, hasta bandha, hand bind.
Knees come to press into your armpit or as close as you can supported by your upper arms, lean your weight into your palms, now engage your core pulling up & into yourself core lock, uddiyana bandha & mula bandha root lock, looking out, with grace & strength press into your palms, as you test your weight rocking forward on your toes.
One foot lifts, test, then the other foot lifts, test your stability & now both feet & fly baby!
