HW: 3 Stage Energy Detox Diet
My favourite option for breakfast or an afternoon snack is a smoothie or protein shake. I really enjoyed the vegan protein health shake and it has become a new addition to my list. I like that it has a simple list, it’s easy to make and it tastes great. I made a few substitutions with ingredients that I had at home so feel free to adjust the recipe for yourself. I don’t usually have hemp protein powder on hand but did have a vegan protein powder.
Ingredients
1 scoop of hemp protein powder (I use any plant based vegan protein powder)
1 TBSP cinnamon
1 TBSP stevia (I use agave)
1 cup almond or low sugar milk alternative (I like unsweetened oat or macadamia nut milk)
1 cup ice
Blend all ingredients together liquid and frothy. Enjoy.
