  Hi everyone, I’m exited to share with you my final full length class 😀

  The video is a live recording of my “heal your back” or sometimes we call it “happy back” yoga class that I teach at the Austrian Armed Forces.

  I’m so happy that I grew in self confidence and teaching skills during my YTT that I’m now able to share the beauty of yoga within my environment.
