Day 15: Standing Balance
For this practice, we are working on standing balance. We are going to sink the hips down towards the heels to balance our toes. As we come into the pose, I like to put my hands in a prayer pose. We are going to lift our chest up and engage our core. Try to stabilize here and put your hands above the head or in front of you if you would like. We are going to lift all the way up with our toes lifted, slowly and with control. Make sure to be breathing through this. Then we will go all the way back down and that’s the end of this balance pose!
