    Urdhva Mukha Pasasana (Thread the Needle Pose)
    This is pose is combination of Uttana Shishosana (Puppy Dog Pose) done with a twist. It can be practiced to help relieve stiffness, tightness and tensions around the shoulders, neck and entire back when in a twist.
    Starting in tabletop pose, wrists under shoulders and knees under the hips. Taking a deep breath, Lift the left arm out to the side, then thread the arm behind the right elbow, bringing the head and shoulder to rest on the mat. To increase the stretch clasp the hands together interlacing the fingers and use the right arm to gently pull the left arm. Hold for 3 to 5 breaths, breathing comfortably. Return to tabletop and repeat on the other side.
