- Starting in mountain Pose
- Inhale and Place your left ankle above your right knee, making sure that your hips stay square.
- The palms are aligned to the hearts center in Namaskar mudra close up. (anjali mudra close up.)
- Slowly start to squat down until you begin to feel a sensation.
- Take 5 breaths here.
- To come out, slowly start to stand up right and place your left foot on the floor.
- Return to mountain pose.
- Repeat on the other side.
