  Coconut Water Cleanse?

  Namaste! Has anyone ever done a coconut water cleanse and know how much coconut water is a good amount to drink in one day? Also, if it’s okay to also drink regular water? Or if it’s best to stick with just coconut? I’ve been trying to google it can’t can’t find any clear answers. Thanks for any insight!

  Hey angel! Sorry to take a while to respond to this.🙏🙏 coconut water is amazing cleanse. I suggest you start with one day. I do 3 days but I’m advanced. You should always feel free to drink regular spring or purifier alkaline water as well. 🙏💖💖
