HW: Miracle Morning
The miracle morning is something I have never come across before, but I’ve realized that I have a morning routine that I have practiced for years. The Miracle morning is a 1 hour routine that is divided into 6 different 10 minute practices including:
- Gratitude Song
- Gratitude Prayer
- Kriya Mantra
- Journal Writing
- Visualization
- Dancing
The combination of these practices include focus, inner reflection, writing, verbalizing, imagination, intention and movement, shifting your energy, which all help to raise your vibration, setting you up for a more productive day.I personally start my MM after I have done my juicing routine, I include the dancing and the Gratitude song together, and the journaling I do after my meditation/ visualization. My most favorite part of this routine is the kriya mantra Ardas bhaee, it stays with me all day and although my husband says my voice resembles a cat being run over! I will still do it!
My routine also includes a yoga session. The length of the session depends upon the time I have that day. I have just started waking at 5.30am which is amazing, I feel more accomplished, relaxed and happy during my day allowing the extra time for myself.The original Miracle Morning was first written about by Hal Elrod in which he also included 6 habits that will transform your life.
