HW: Miracle Morning
I love doing the miracle morning, even though I can only do it on my days off. It helps me unwind and disconnect from my intense work schedule.
Each part lasts ten minutes and gives you the opportunity to connect to yourself.

Even if you only have time to choose your favorite two or there this practice holds so much opportunity. I use it for self awareness and self love!
