I suggest you upload your video to youtube as unlisted and then paste the YT video link here. 🙂

Videos are really huge and requires big video hosting platforms like youtube.

re: Images – we have upload size limits. If you can upload smaller file size, the better. I will also try to raise the file size limit.

Kindly check the videos (The Micro Sequences Module), we have already added all these videos and you should be able to watch them. With regards to posting pics, can you let me know what device do you use to upload images?

You should be able to upload image with no issues. You can also use the Flow State App to add image directly from your Camera.
