Coming from Peru, I had only practiced Kundalini yoga but when I was introduced to Dashama's fusion Flow State Yoga style I was hooked. I came to Dashama's advanced YTT500 to expand my personal & professional capacity as a yoga teacher. I came to the Flow State YTT500 as a certified teacher RYT200 and had already been teaching for 5 years, but I felt I needed more training to become the great teacher I felt I could be. The training not only emancipated me from my old closed ways to teaching that I had learned in my first YTT, it opened me up in so many ways to my creativity, passion, purpose & aligned me with my true voice! I attended the YTT200 hybrid retreat in Bali and it changed my life! I was a football player & had never left my home state of Alabama before, so I never thought of myself as a yogi. 2 weeks into Dashama's Bali YTT yoga retreat, I dropped 5 belt sizes, I can walk by the mirror now and really have pride in my body again. I have taken out 2 of my medications, so I've got 1 to go. I just love to have my confidence back and I have really gotten it back! After that, I met the love of my life, got married & we have a new baby. Now my yoga practice with my wife & our baby is one of our favorite things to do together.

I attended the YTT300 twice in Bali and it changed my life both times!
