Meditation Module: Yoga Nidra Meditation #1
Hi there! I was just enjoying going through the guided meditation module and was on the second meditation, Yoga Nidra Meditation #1, and the video cut out in the middle of the guided meditation 🙁 I was wondering if there is a full-length version of this video/this inner child meditation that this video could possibly be replaced with? I would like to do and learn more about this inner child, yoga nidra guided meditation. I am very passionate about inner child work. Thank you for your help!
