Settle into Easy Pose as a cross legged seated posture on the earth wherever you are & however you are.
Root from sitbones to crown, relax into your body, lift your chin slightly, restful shoulders, snuggle your core in slightly & relax into your being as you are. Palms to your knees or in a mudra of choice like anjali mudra.
If your hips are in need of some support to release tightness in this sitting posture. Be sure to elevate your sitbones with a blanket, block, or pillow. Inhaling to you through you, exhaling relax, release, restore you into you & all that is.
