This is an amazing book . I am a new in the yoga field after read this book I taught so much new materials . I took a note with important information which one I will use in my live. Thank you Dashama for share your story and story your friends. When I was reading I can feel your vibration , energy , sadness and happiness . I will have this book on my desk to come back to read my notes
