    Starting in Warrior 1, Warrior 2, or high lunge; lean your upper body forward as you shift your weight to your front foot. Slowly lift your back foot, keep leaning forward until your hips are aligned over your knee and ankle. You can keep your arms forward, put them out to the side in an airplane or you can put them behind you. Lift your leg and your heart, keeping your hips squared.
    When you’re ready to come out of this you can either lift into chair, fully lift into tree, or carefully step back into your lunge poses.
