    In a seated position, start by taking the hands to the knees, let’s inhale together, shoulders drop down & back lifting the chest, and if it is comfortable and you’re feeling open enough in the neck, go ahead and look up, lifting the chin and tilting the head back, exhale rounding the spine, chin to chest.
