Downward dog.
In this position you are on your hands and feet, having your body in a triangle like position. Keep your arms about shoulder width apart, and your feel hip width apart. Feel like something is pulling your tail bone up keeping it lifted while grounding your heels into the ground. Keep your and head relaxed. Make sure to lengthen the space between your shoulders and head, actively pushing your shoulders back making sure not to be in a hunched positioned. Keep your belly drawn in and breathe.
By doing this movement you will increase your flexibility, blood flow & overall strength.
