Mountain Pose-
Bring your body into a standing position.
Plant your feet firmly on the earth.
As you inhale raise your hands above head and bring them to heart center.
I invite you to stay in this position for a few moments, focus on being gentle with your breath.
Hold intention in this now, uninterrupted.
Once you’re ready, you may release your hands as you open up ready to take on the rest of your day.
