    Low Lunge with Fire Mudra hands.
    From a downward dog, inhale: lift the right leg into three legged dog, exhale: pull that right knee into your chest and drop that right foot. Place that back knee and the top of your foot on the ground. Sweep the arms up and over your head and sink into that hip. If you’re comfortable you can do prayer hands or fire Mudra hands and arch back looking towards the sky. Once you have taken a few inhalations and exhalations place both hands on either side of your right foot, lift the left leg off of the mat, and step back into plank.
