HW: Warrior Sequence
Stand with your legs wide apart. Turn to your right. Your big toes to the small edge of the mat. Turn your left toes to the left edge of the mat. Breath in, breath out and bend your right leg. Try to keep a 90 degree angle in your knees. Most importantly, your knee should be above you ankle. Take your arms up. Your right arm straight forward and your left arm straight back. Keep your eyes on your hand right. And you should be able to see your big toe. Keep your back straight and don’t lean forward. Take your arms down, bring your right leg straight and we will do the other side
