HW: Warrior Sequence
Reverse Warrior Pose, Viparita Virabhasana
We will start in Warrior II, with front thigh perpendicular to the ground, front knee directly above front heel, back foot at 45 degree in a straight line front front heel, back leg straight.
We will keep this structure with our legs throughout pose.
As we begin to look toward the sky, front arm will also raise straight up toward the sky as back arm rests on top of back upper calf.
Hold pose for 30-60 seconds and return slowly to Warrior II.
