HW: Wall Inversions.
💙💙💙💙Variation of Wall inversion. This isn’t something in my practice & it was easier for me strength wise to walk myself up the wall from a forward bend looking at the wall.
So begin in forward fold, engage your legs, root through the four corners of both feet, release into your forward fold for a moment.
Stabilise your hands, square off your feet to hip lock & engage your core now.
Bend into both knees, engage your upper back body, shoulders through to wrists through hands. Spreading fingers wide. With engagement of your core, begin stepping your feet up the wall. Get a feel for your body, how & where you are engaged & where else needs to lock in, go as high as feels comfortable for you until you build enough strength, enough stability to transform in this pose. When you’ve finished taking a few deep strong breaths in this inversion, walk your feet back down slowly. Forward fold & come to sit upon the earth slowly lowering & relaxing.
This will be one to look back on for progress 🌈
