Day 24: Wall Inversions
Supported Forearm Inversion 🤸
This practice will help strengthen your body to perform forearm stands without the support of the wall.
Begin by getting into a downward dog position, transitioning from here into dolphin by placing your hands and forearms flat in from of you.
Look between your hands then kicking one foot up towards the wall with the other following, allowing your feet to balance here while your forearms build up their strength.
When you’re ready, gently lift your feet off the wall and return them to the earth.
