    The Quest for the Handstand

So far so good. Every day a little closer. This is how we do it.

Handstand, or Downward Facing Tree Pose or Adho Mukha Vrkasana

With mat placed at wall, hands on floor a hands-length from wall.

Gaze between hands and feel self grounded.

As you begin to test shoulders and how they are with the weight of your body, we begin to feel out where we are today in relation to where we were yesterday.

Points to consider: Does my gaze stay between hands where I placed it? As I place my feet higher up opposite wall, can I begin to feel a center of balance in my core as opposed to in my chest where I tend to place it?

This is as far as I am right now which is much farther than last week. I will update as I progress.
