    Supported Forearm Inversion
    Standing in front of the wall and come onto the forearms. Hands should be close to the wall. Lift one foot up into the air and looking between the hands push off slightly and bring both legs straight up. You can stay here or bring the feet onto the wall and slowly walk them down, coming into scorpion pose.
