Hollow back handstand with wall assist
This was a HUGE challenge for me, although my goal has been to do unassisted handstands for a long time I still have a lot of work to do in my shoulders. I would not teach this pose comfortably.
Begin by placing your hands on the ground about one and a half to two feet away from the wall. Push through the finger tips and walk to feet close to the body. Ensure the shoulders are engaged as you hop through one foot while the other straightens up towards the sky.
While the legs are swinging up using the core and hips tuck and turn upwards. Look between the hands and allow your feet to catch the wall behind you.
Slowly, with control begin to arch the back and bring the legs and buttocks to rest on the wall. As you slowly sink down the wall think of extending through the heart with strength. Always stretch and warm up your body before Attempting handstands and listen to your body. Follow up with counter stretches afterwards.

Thank you Raven. Great work. It’s good that you spoke about stretching and warming up before attempting. You look like you’re doing great with this even though it is an edge for you. Wonderful!
