HW: Toned Legs
I find videoing myself still quite awkward and my speech is quite robot and formal like, but I guess this comes with time, and as you can see my balance isn’t great! HA! But here it goes!
From standing position, ground your feet through the earth
Stabilising on the right foot, drawing your left knee into your chest
Take a few breaths to stabilise, focus and find find your gaze at something that isn’t moving
Left knee cap is lifted, right quad is engaged
Option 1. Stay here
Option 2. Support under your thigh if needed, if not place hands on the hips
Exhale as you extend the leg out in front of you, inhale back in
