Pose-Goddess Pose + Pulse
Walk you feet out way further than the hips and turn your feet out about 45 degrees into goddess pose. Exhale and bend the knees till your thighs are parallel to the floor. Stay strong in the legs and pulse here for about a minute to strengthen and build muscle in the thighs. Pulse here for about 1 minute. Work on not allowing your mind to stop you. Push through past the ego.
